Processing Time:
We typically require 2 to 3 working days to process your order before dispatch. Please note that during high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Slow Shipping: $15 USD – Estimated delivery in 12–18 business days
Standard Shipping: $35 USD – Estimated delivery in 10–14 business days
Expedited Shipping (for locations outside the US only): $40 USD – Estimated delivery in 7–9 business days
Shipping Discount:
If your order total is over $300 USD, you will automatically receive free shipping at checkout!
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will be shipped immediately. The remaining items will be sent once they become available. If you receive part of your order first, don’t worry — the rest is on the way.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) with a tracking ID and link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 1–3 working days for the tracking info to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. If you believe the wrong address was entered, please contact us immediately at tropiceye0@gmail.com. We do our best to make changes before orders are processed, but cannot guarantee corrections after fulfillment.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customized products and items that are undamaged or without quality issues are non-refundable. If you experience a sizing issue and wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us at tropiceye0@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement—however, you will need to cover the cost of returning the original item.
