Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 2–4 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

 

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and the long international shipping time frames, we are unable to accept returnsunless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Customized items or made-to-order products are non-refundable
• Items that are not damaged and do not have quality issues are not eligible for return or refund
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of receiving it at tropiceye0@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist

If your item is not defective but still doesn’t meet your expectations or suit your needs, we understand — and we want to make it right.
While we can’t accept returns in this case, we’re happy to offer you store credit or a discount code toward your next purchase. Please reach out to us at tropiceye0@gmail.com and our team will gladly assist.

 

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, please email us at tropiceye0@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship out the new size.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed back to your original payment method(via PAYPAL). Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take several business days

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the return value. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Return Instructions

If your item qualifies for a return (defective/damaged/incorrect), contact us before sending it back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our error. We recommend a trackable shipping service for returns over $75.
